Great location which is a two minute walk from Pilsner Urquell brewery and a 10 minute walk from market square. There is a fantastic breakfast which is well worth the price. Customer service was excellent and different paid car parking options are available.

The reception was quick and efficient. The secure parking was easy to manage. The room was comfortable with great (and quiet) air conditioning. the elevators were quick, quiet and efficient. The location is just outside of the Urquelle Brewery which is nice but a bit further from the downtown area. There are some sketchy areas near the river if you walk through there in the evenings to get to the Old Town. The water pressure was good and there was a shower/tub combo which was nice. The water pressure was decent as were the towels. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows! The breakfast buffet was pretty good, with eggs, bacon, and sausage as well as the usual European breakfast breads, sliced meats, cheeses and fruit. Check out was also efficient.

The staff at the bar was excellent and a lot of fun. The staff at the reception desk was excellent. All were hospitable and accommodating. My friends ordered the burger and steak sandwich before we left. The burger looked great. I had half of the steak sandwich. It was excellent. We had a last minute change of plans and had to leave a day early. The manager at the reception desk did what she could and we were very happy with the outcome. Will absolutely stay there again.

The woman on reception found me a room at 10:30am, 30 minutes after I booked after a very long flight. There wasn't a standard double available so I got an executive upgrade for free and she couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and with a powerful shower. The bed was huge and the pillows were great. The coffee machine and kettle is always welcome and having access to water and snacks for free on the floor was lovely.

The breakfast was great and the bathroom was very clean - no limescale buildup anywhere. Overall very clean. Nice view and location. I came for the Metalfest and saw fellow metalheads staying there as well :)

We've had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, great costumer service, always helpful. Delicious breakfast with big variety of food to choose from that we were looking forward to each day. Beds are comfortable, room was clean and housekeepers respectful of privacy. Air conditioning was a life saver in the hot weather. Internet connection was great. We loved the view from our room and the location. We will definitely come back :)

Location is perfect, right next to the Pilsner Urquell building complex and quite close to the bars and restaurants of the town centre. The room itself is fantastic for what you pay, it's modern and clean with everything you'd want.

Nice hotel, close to the brewery and city center. Very good breakfast and quiet, comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Overall a positive experience.
